What is the Shrooms Cafe?

Shrooms Cafe is a community healing space dedicated to expanding access to psilocybin services in tandem with other complementary healing practices—all within a shared, intentional setting.

We welcome healers, bodyworkers, and natural practitioners who wish to offer their services. If that’s you, bring us a card or flyer and let’s explore how you can use our space to support the community.

We offer psilocybin dosing twice daily, five days a week:
6–9 AM and 4–6 PM. Appointments needed for morning dosing, and afternoon is walk-in or appointment.

Morning sessions are ideal for micro or low-dose experiences (up to 2.49 mg), with an initial 30-minute commitment and 15 minutes for subsequent low-dose sessions. Each session can serve up to 12 participants at a time—perfect for focus, clarity, or strengthening group cohesion.

Beyond individual experiences, we are developing group packages for professional teams, families, and other groups interested in connection, reflection, and team building.

By day, Shrooms Cafe is also a cafe and elixir bar, serving plant-based medicinal elixirs made with our house-grown medicinal mushrooms, alongside select locally sourced non-vegan options from our own creamery. Soon, we will also offer Shrooms sushi rolls featuring king oyster or lion’s mane mushrooms—plant-based, nourishing, and genuinely delicious.

DOSING SESSIONS FAQ

Prerequisites

• 21+

• First-time psilocybin dosing sessions require paperwork to be completed and reviewed 24 hours in advance.

  • Come in to the Shrooms cafe for printed paperwork on our CAFE DAYS (M, T, TH, FR, SA)

• OR request our e-signature paperwork to be sent to your email.

Dosing Info

• Microdose- 1.2mg - 15-30 minutes required 

• Low Dose- 2.5mg - 15- 30 minutes required

• Higher Doses (by appointment only)

  • 5mg - 1 hour required, plan for 2 hours

  • 10mg - 2 hours required, plan for 3 hours

  • 15mg - 3 hours required, plan for 5 hours

  • 25mg - 4 hours required, plan for 7 hours

  • 50mg - 6 hours required, plan for 8 hours
