We’re on the lookout to grow our fun and vibrant team at Shrooms Cafe! We are a social low-dose psilocybin dosing center focused on creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through the doors. Our guests are greeted on a walk-in basis daily from Noon-8pm. Shrooms Cafe is the first of it's kind that aims to deliver a comfortable and social cafe-like mushroom dosing experience. We have 6 dosing rooms that are being designed with different themes and offerings along with a large open gathering space for guests to integrate into before and after their dosing session. We are very exciting for this new addition to downtown Ashland. We’re hiring Facilitators and Administration Staff to help us continue our growth forward. Facilitators will earn $24/hr, with flexible shifts ranging from plugging in on-call during busy hours to part-time schedules. Administration roles offer $18/hr, with part-time schedules. Psilocybin Facilitator Summary:
The Psilocybin facilitator is a trained licensed professional who will accompany groups up to 12 people through low dose sessions, providing a safe and supportive environment for clients while responding to any needs that arise. The setting is a social cafe style lounge where each group will have their experience together. The facilitator will be supporting each new group throughout the day, greeting each group, offering ongoing support as needed, and ending the session at the appropriate times.
This center is at the ground level, which means there is a lot of opportunity for you as a facilitator to bring your own vision and creativity to the work

Facility Administrator Summary:
The facility admin is who greets guests, manages rooms, dosing, and inventory, providing a safe and auditable environment for clients while responding to any needs that arise. The setting is a social cafe style lounge where each group will have their dosing experience together.

Requirements:
Completion of an Oregon Psilocybin Services Workers Permit.
Have OHA Psilocybin workers permit.
Experience with hospitality and booking systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a sensitive and private setting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong emotional intelligence and empathy.
Familiarity with trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity principles.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
